Quality System

The company operates in compliance with Quality System certified by CSQ since 1996. Today Quality System is certified according to ISO 9001:2015.

The company uses quality control documentation: Quality Plans, Quality Control Plans, Inspection Test Procedure (ITP), Operational Procedures, Specifications, Instructions. Such documentation is referred to the “Quality Manual” in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001 international regulations.

Safety

The company has achieved the certification of the Safety Management System in compliance with the rules OHSAS 18001 in November 2013. Today Safety System is certified according to ISO 45001:2018.
The Safety Guide Line, defined the by the Managing Director, is directed to the prevention, obtained through the analysis and the removal of the elements of risk, considering it as a main factor to create the best as possible work condition in the total respect of the applicable laws.

Attention for Environment

The company has achieved the certification of the Environmental Management System in compliance with the rules ISO 14001 in January 2013. Today Environment System is certified according to ISO 14001:2015.
The Company Guide Line is the continuous improvement of the integration of the targets of Quality, Services, Costs, technology, safety and environment management, in each function and each role. The Environment Guide Line, defined by the Managing Director, is referred to the 3R policy: “Reduce”, “Reuse” and “Recycle”

Quality, safety and environmental policy

The Company Management intends to pursue the integration of the Quality,
Safety and Environment System. To this end, it undertakes to promote,
disseminate and support, at all levels of the organization, compliance with
quality, environmental and safety standards and to operate in reference to the
UNI-EN ISO 9001:2015; UNI-EN ISO 14001: 2015 and UNI ISO 45001:2018
standards.
It is committed to continuously improving its effectiveness, operating in the most
appropriate and correct way to protect the environment of the territory in which it
operates and providing safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention
of work-related injuries and illnesses, in compliance with the applicable
mandatory legislative obligations, the standards adopted and the commitments
made to its customers.

The quality, safety and environmental policy defined by the Management,
consistent with the general policy and strategy of the organization, establishes
the following priority objectives:
1. pay maximum attention to identifying the organizational context,
understanding and satisfying the needs and expectations of Customers
and interested parties; determine significant environmental and safety
impacts;
2. plan actions that address risks and opportunities. Addressing both risks
and opportunities is a basis for increasing the effectiveness of the
Integrated Management System, achieving better results and preventing
negative effects.
3. keep their operating methodologies up to date and adopt tools that
facilitate their application and allow effective control of what has been
done;
4. maintain and develop know- how through continuous training, staff
education, research and development;
5. verify the results achieved and promote improvement actions in
compliance with the environment and safety;
6. maintain constant attention to processes, in particular those that are
simultaneously connected to the dimensions of quality, environment and
safety.
7. Fulfil the obligations of compliance with applicable legal requirements
and voluntary agreements signed

All the people in CASAGRANDE are sensitized and made aware of the
environmental and safety world, they are also informed and trained to be able
to work in Respect of the Environment and Safety with a view to developing
and maintaining the Integrated Management System active.
The Guideline Corporate Quality Safety Environment is Continuous
Improvement with the Integration of Quality, Service, Costs, Technology,
Management, Safety and Environment Objectives, in every Function and
Role.
The Environmental guideline, defined by the Company Management and
coordinated by DGSI is respect for the Environment implemented through the
3Rs: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.
To achieve effective planning of environmental actions, CASAGRANDE has
applied an in-depth study of Environmental Aspects, the aim being to
highlight significant aspects by setting continuous improvement objectives.
The Safety guideline, defined by the Company Management and coordinated
by DGSI, is to focus on Prevention obtained through the elimination of risk
elements, considered one of the essential factors in creating excellent
working conditions.
Continuous Improvement of the Safety Management System is achieved
through:
• Planning, Implementation and Verification of the necessary interventions
in relation to the Risk Assessment;
• An in-depth study of the Events that could lead to an injury;
• Training, Information and awareness of people.
• Employee consultation and participation
